Welcome, new neighbours!
We separate and dispose of our waste correctly in order to avoid unnecessary costs and overflowing rubbish bins. We dispose of bulky waste separately.
We keep stairwells, cellars and other common areas clear so that neighbours and emergency services may pass.
We contact the property management before moving in with a pet. We keep dogs on a lead in common areas and keep these areas clean.
We do not park on parking spaces for visitors and people with special needs. We park cars, bicycles etc. in designated areas so as not to obstruct anyone.
If we are planning a celebration or activity that is likely to be noisy, we inform our neighbours.
We do not do chores that cause a lot of noise early in the morning or in the evening.
When moving in or remodelling, we pay particular attention to the designated quiet times so as not to disturb anyone.
The outdoor areas are available for everyone to use and it is where we meet, play, rest and exercise. We show consideration for each other.
If something bothers us, we seek direct dialogue with our neighbours. If we cannot find a solution, we get help.
